Confederophobes and Others of the Obnoxious Left Just Get Worse

They talk about President Donald Trump's mental health. Trump is quite normal, and the “psychiatrists” who claim otherwise ought to check themselves first. It's entirely political and not medical. The mantra the left is putting out about Trump's mental health is simply an application of a well-known communist tactic: accuse your opponents of being mentally unfit and lock them away.

The leftists display more signs of mental maladjustment than Trump ever will. But we must regard them as rationally employing carefully plotted schemes to damage and eventually destroy America. It is plain that the radical left has no respect or regard for the American people and would willingly beat, maim and kill whomever they wish, if they could get away with it. People who plan to be anywhere near an Antifa demonstration or event probably need to arm themselves. And as Mr. Trump suggested to a police group, about dealing with gangs, the same should go for Antifa gangs: Be forceful and don't be too nice.

The Confederophobes (now expanding their destructive efforts to statues that predate the Confederacy) continue vandalizing statues, including one of Thomas Jefferson at the University of Virginia, a school which Jefferson founded, as reported by the Charlottesville Daily Progress.

Further, CBS News reports that New York Mayor Bill de Blasio may order the removal of a statue of Christopher Columbus from Manhattan's Columbus Circle. Would the circle be renamed?

Obviously, the left isn't satisfied just to go after the Confederacy, which is suddenly dangerous 150 years after it ended, or even back to the Founding Fathers, but now back to Columbus. They would probably like to completely erase the history of white civilization back to Ancient Rome and before. What about Julius Caesar and Emperor Constantine? The Vatican Swiss Guard said it's just a matter of time before ISIS strikes the Vatican.

ISIS may have to get in line behind leftists like Antifa. The left has no love for Christians – or Jews.

Antifa has a cell in Philadelphia which openly advocates violence against police and seizure of property. A Daily Caller article begins,

An armed Antifa group is launching a new cell in Philadelphia, with support from the “alt-left” alternative media.

 The group currently hosts anti-police workshops called “Our Enemies in Blue,” The group draws inspiration from convicted murderers and calls for violence against the police, theft of goods, and armed insurrection. [Emphasis added]

How can this go on without action from DHS, DOJ, and local law enforcement? This is a terrorist organization. This is incitement to violence. But, of course, the left loves Antifa and tries to justify them. As a group, Antifa is more violent, and no better, than the neo-Nazis and white supremacists. They are openly communist. Communists are generally looking toward a violent revolution.

Black Lives Matter, as reported in another Daily Caller story, claims Trump is practicing genocide on a par with Hitler. This claim is in addition to their absurd demand that white people give their homes to black and brown families. This lying claim and ridiculous demand show that BLM is desperately trying to undermine America. The unhinged left is absolutely trying to destroy America's past and create a bleak, ignorant, and poor future under communism. This is being guided by wealthy globalists like George Soros, whose megabucks finance Confederophobes, Antifa thugs, BLM, and other subversive, seditious, and treasonous operations. Soros should be in prison, but is protected by Democrat politicians as well as his own wealth.

Mr. Trump has strong support among his voters and among Republicans. His approval rating is well above that of Congress. Congressional members who want to impeach him should bear that in mind.

So silly it doesn't merit a comment, but this is supposed to be some intelligent person making the demand. And some are taking it seriously, I suppose.

Above are referenced just a few of the ridiculous things I believe show that the Dumbing Down of America is picking up speed.

The response to President Trump's reported comments after the Charlottesville tragedy show that now, many news items and events depend on Mr. Trump's statements of the day – in this instance massive criticism and claims that Trump didn't condemn neo-Nazism and white supremacy when he did. But truth means little to the MSM.

The full-on anti-Trump hate campaign is not just politics – it's evil. The objective of its puppeteers, like George Soros and other globalists, is to destroy not only Donald Trump, but America as well. The duped individuals who are going along with this nasty business have been radicalized in a very similar way to jihadist radicals.

It is an anti-knowledge, anti-academic, anti-white, anti-human, and anti-freedom campaign aimed at establishing historical ignorance and stoking hate and fear among different groups. When you erase history, that is a form of dumbing down. It is plain dumb to be “intimidated” by a Civil War statue. But these protesters against the Confederacy are being led to think that somehow these statues pose a danger to them. The Civil War ended 150 years ago. Thanks to the Democrats' support of Jim Crow laws and the Ku Klux Klan, racial discrimination and hatred continued. But the progress made in the decades since has been remarkable. Few people seriously advocate or support racism. And slavery is unthinkable.

The globalists and Democrats, deeply stung by Hillary Clinton's loss, have embarked on a seditious campaign to get rid of President Donald Trump. Anything they don't like must be caused by “racism.”

But the racists are most numerous among “Progressive” politicians and race hustlers. Their racism exceeds anyone else's. Black Lives Matter (by the way, do black lives matter in Chicago?) and Al Sharpton stand out, along with politicians who make a campaign out of falsely accusing Donald Trump of racism. But politically, that's about all they have. They have no ideas or program proposals that would improve things for the American people. Those at the top of this movement are not interested in economic prosperity. They are interested in socialism and bringing down the Constitution, and enforcing political correctness.

The goal of socialism is socialism. The end result of the globalists' and “Progressives'” plans would be the end of any restraint on things dear to them, such as forced redistribution, world government, more abortion, and more of many other forms of death. You can be assured that the Democrat leadership and the anti-Trump leaders care nothing for the American middle class or the American people in general. They don't love America, they hate America.

As I have said before, the “loyal opposition” is no longer loyal. America would be better off in the hands of the mafia than the globalists and “Progressives.” The Anti-Trump movement is led by people who want to destroy American history and transform America into a third-world hellhole. This they are attempting partly by deceiving people into thinking that in America as it is today, they are and always will be victims. In fact, the poor in America would be considered very well off in many countries. But the progress of the years since the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in race relations, which has been considerable in terms of education, economic opportunity, and social acceptance of all races, is being systematically destroyed by people falsely claiming to want better race relations. What they really want is to stir up as much trouble and confusion as possible, in order to curtail freedom and physically remove or destroy what and whom they don't like.

The tragedy is that good people can be corrupted and taken in by the Big Lie of the globalists. That is what is taking place in many universities, political bodies, and in our streets. The antifa thugs are truly no better, and in some ways worse, than the despicable white supremacists they claim to oppose. They show their lack of courage by wearing masks, and their cowardice and viciousness by attacking defenseless people. For these people to claim to be anti-fascist is a stupid, ironic, and sick joke. It's amazing that anyone would accept that ridiculous idea. They are actually demonstrating fascism. They are simply the black shirts of the globalists who are paying them. But Saul Alinsky would be proud.

Battle Lines

As if the sickening movement to remove all traces of the Confederacy weren't already bad enough, now, “activists” want to change the name of USC's mascot, the horse Traveler, because its name is similar to that of Robert E. Lee's horse Traveller.

Of course, if its name is Traveler, that must mean it's an evil horse of hate and racism. Also, the horse's color happens to be white. This probably makes it doubly evil. Maybe it should be replaced by a colorful donkey to represent the Democrat Party. This whole business is now beyond idiotic. Again, another thing showing that colleges are becoming the stupidest places in America.

This anti-history movement is not only anti-Confederate, it is anti-American, and ultimately anti-human. Let's erase the parts of history we don't like. Well, I'm not fond of the growth of criminal gangs during Prohibition. Should I therefore advocate removal of all traces of Al Capone? He wasn't really a very nice guy. I'm not a fan of Woodrow Wilson. Can we expunge him from our history? He re-segregated the military and was a bully, a dictator, and an unapologetic racist. Oh, but wait, he was a Democrat. Of course it was Democrats who started and supported the KKK and opposed the 1964 Civil Rights Act. But that was OK, because they were Democrats.

George Orwell's 1984 oppressor, Big Brother, believed that whoever controls the past controls the future, and whoever controls the present controls the past. Revising history is a popular tool of dictators.

A major point I'm trying to make is that taking down Confederate monuments will do nothing to stop racism, and could very well provoke more. It's an insult to the people of the South whose ancestors fought for a cause they believed in, which encompassed more than slavery. Very few, a very tiny minority, today, believe that slavery was OK or that white supremacy is a good thing. The slavery issue was settled at great cost and so should no longer be an issue. The fact that it existed should not be hidden, however. The Orwellian movement to remove Confederate reminders, whether monuments or things named after Confederate figures smacks of the Soviets' actions to remove disliked persons from the historical record, as though they never existed. It is not substantially different from Big Brother's memory hole in 1984.

The whole business is a threat to our constitutional rights of free speech and free expression, and is sometimes a provocation to violence. As reprehensible as the neo-Nazis and KKK are, they are a very tiny minority in America. Whatever threat they might represent can readily be countered by law enforcement. But the left isn't satisfied unless they can demean America and stir up needless controversy. The masked antifa thugs are exactly that – thugs – like Mussolini's black shirts or Hitler's brown shirts. They themselves are about as fascist as you can get. Their purpose is to bully and harass and beat, and possibly murder people and destroy property in the name of – what? They are definitely no better than any of their opponents. Any attempt to intellectually defend or justify what they do is actually laughable.

Of course, race hustlers like Black Lives Matter and Al Sharpton want to shake down anyone they can over false accusations and threats. And many legitimate conservative organizations are labeled by the despicable Southern Poverty Law Center as “hate groups,” while few organizations on their list are more hateful than they.

The globalists pulling the strings of this sorry business may find that America is not Europe. We are serious about freedom and constitutional rights. We care about our heritage. We regret slavery. We're against racism and white (or any other racial) supremacy. We don't hate Jews or any other minority. We don't, as a people, condone violence in the streets. But Americans have been and are willing to fight against tyranny, against globalism, and against socialism – and actual fascism (a form of socialism). Americans have generally been quiet about these abuses, but we won't be pushed too far. The election of Donald Trump and the rejection of Hillary Clinton should demonstrate that there is a limit to how much we will take from the adversaries of freedom or the corrupt Swamp.

Also, no one should rejoice over Mr. Trump's troubles. He will be fine. His voters still support him, and his opponents will lose support among the American people because of their hysterical hatred of the president and their disdain for his supporters, and America in general.

The Road to Destruction

The leftists try to portray President Trump as a divisive figure. They try to blame him for the turmoil in Washington, when they bear much more responsibility than he. The left is orchestrating an unprecedented hate campaign against the president in an attempt to destroy him and his presidency. In doing this, they are employing tactics not unlike the left-wing revolutionaries of the 1960's complete with criminal acts including threats of violence against the president by public figures, approval of violent rioting by “antifa” paid thugs, and illegal leaks of classified information.The criminal activity is on the left, not the right. Yet the Democrats keep chasing their dream of some kind of Trump collusion with Russia which, they hope, would lead to impeachment, or worse.

The violence mentioned is directed at Trump supporters who dare to speak up in public against the leftist criminal element which currently still has charge of much of Washington, D.C. Democrats do their best to delay and stop Trump's agenda items at every turn. Even the GOP establishment is frequently showing themselves to be a true part of the D.C. Swamp. The loyal opposition is no longer loyal, to their duties or to America. Through the Clintons and other avenues, the Democrats likely have more shady foreign connections than Trump would ever have. Nothing has been proven thus far from Mueller and the Anti-Trumpers' Witch Hunt, which so far has only succeeded in harassing people, at great public expense.

I believe President Trump should put an immediate end to Mueller's employment and the whole sham “Russia” investigation. Get FBI top officials who will go after the real criminals Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton – and give James Comey and Loretta Lynch a thorough going over. Get all this junk cleared up so the government can do its job.

The Trump agenda is being delayed by GOP senators as well as Democrats. Mr. McConnell should know by now that the “nuclear option” in the Senate should be employed for all matters. The “filibuster” as currently structured is more of a joke than it is something that befits a deliberative body. It allows the minority to stop legislation with minimal effort and little to no reason.

Given the left's continual pounding against Trump by every available means, what are ordinary Americans supposed to think? That this unbearable conduct should be allowed to continue without any protest? The left, in lockstep, is demonstrating fascist tactics from the highest levels of the Democratic Party on down to the terrorist antifa rioters. When George Soros or some other high-up communist gives the order, the leftist operatives, useful idiots, and so-called journalists of fake news go into attack mode. What is supposed to pass for news is propaganda coordinated with the leftist bosses. It is entirely reasonable to question the patriotism of these people. It appears to be severely lacking. Policy differences cannot account for what they are doing. They are out for destruction.

It should be obvious by now that the Democrat leadership*, as a whole, cares nothing for the American working people or the economy. “America First” is a major turn-off for them. They want to protect, promote, and celebrate every evil thing in our nation, from Islamic terrorism to sexual perversion, to anti-police violence, and whatever anti-American and anti-white thing there is. They want a fascistic system that punishes anything that goes outside of political correctness and makes mandatory whatever supports their radical ideas. This is true fascism. They want an economy based on corporatism with the government in charge. They want to penalize any kind of financial success of legitimate business.

They want socialism, which is the opposite of freedom and is the engine of death. The death culture they support demonstrates a lack of concern for human life despite their attempts to present themselves as compassionate, caring people. 

And what if they succeed and the Swamp prevails? The globalists will run America. Angela Merkel and her ilk will have more control of the U.S. than our elected representatives. Sharia law will be enshrined, borders will be open to all, jobs will disappear and government dependency will increase. The United Nations will have more say-so than our Constitution and structural changes to government will be engineered to silence criticism and conservative influence. Following this would be a catastrophic collapse, with other and hostile countries coming in to pick up the pieces and rule where people had not the courage or moral fiber to maintain our Republic. Meanwhile the globalist elites would sit back and laugh. 

May God deliver us from that kind of fate. Whatever happened to “Give me liberty or give me death!”?

Trump and Conservatives Must Stand Firm Against Progressivism and Globalism

What is the greatest threat to the United States and the American people? That's a question that has been considered quite often lately, and answers have ranged from thoughtful and reasoned (North Korea, ISIS, other countries) to the lockstep/kneejerk (Donald Trump), to the idiotic (climate change), and some others. The ones I think are good answers in the longer term are the Democratic Party and globalism.

People of the “progressive” left, and I refer to a lot of politicians, “journalists,” academics, and entertainers, are on board with the Saul Alinsky school of social and political change. Destroy the system from the inside.

Use concerns about seemingly agreeable issues (environment, e.g.) to press for far more radical change (carbon tax, cap and trade). Like Alinsky, adopt power as the main and self-justifying goal. Your side is right and the other side is wrong. Period. Stress the belief that the end justifies the means. Silence and destroy those who oppose you. Repeatedly and loudly call them Hitler, Nazis, fascists, racists, xenophobes, homophobes, bigots, and irredeemable deplorables. Try to convince the people that everyone (other than Republicans, white males, conservatives, etc.) has a right to never be criticized strongly or insulted. Create as many rules as possible to punish, and if possible criminalize the opposition. Be immediately ready to use the courts and the press to demonize the opposition.

Further, demean and try to weaken anything that smacks of traditional American values, America's founding principles, or the desirability of America being a sovereign country with First and Second Amendment freedoms. Criminalize as many activities as possible to use against your opponents.

Get on board with the globalist elites who are working toward a one-world government authority designed to control everyone at every level, the very opposite of the purpose of America's founding and traditions. Put government in place of God. Teach that communism and socialism are good things that we need to put in place, and the failures and deaths resulting from them throughout modern history were simply mistaken ideas about how to implement them. Don't bring up such things as Lenin's, Stalin's, Mao's, or Pol Pot's mass murders, but blame the “right wing” for the atrocities of Hitler and Mussolini, although these dictators were not essentially different from communists. And don't emphasize the present-day atrocities of ISIS too much. Maybe they just need jobs, and something done about climate change.

Domestically, stir up as much hatred as possible for law enforcement and great empathy for criminal thugs. Claim to be genuinely concerned about the poor and less fortunate, while doing all you can to keep them government-dependent and poor, living in decaying, high-crime neighborhoods with gangs instead of jobs. Focus more on establishing socialism instead of a strong economy. Be for “world peace,” but go ahead and support regime-changing wars and military adventures. Just don't try to “win.”

Remember lying, cheating, murder, and theft are normal and justifiable in the cause of progressivism and globalism. After all, you have to break a few eggs in order to make an omelet.

The above describes the basic beliefs and attitudes of the hate-filled progressive left in America today, and it's safe to say they hate the America we have known. The Founders are, in their minds just no-good slave owners and extremists not worthy of our respect, let alone veneration. And for them, Christianity exists only to cause trouble for LGBT people and Muslims. Muslims are an oppressed group, as are illegal immigrants, and the laws they broke don't matter. For progressives, it's worthwhile to have sanctuary cities to protect illegals even if it means that murderers, robbers, and rapists go free.

To the leftists of the present day, it's patriotic to beat up Trump supporters, pay people to riot, force scheduled speakers from college campuses, and run the schools like a fascist dictatorship. They would like to dumb down education even more and cause people to forget the whole concepts of academic freedom, individualism, personal liberty, and basic good manners. For them, ethnic and gender “studies” must overshadow all others, and re-segregation may be necessary in order to deal with “white privilege.”

The progressives who say they don't “condone” violence don't seem to mind it much, and they know it's supported and often paid for by elite progressive donors such as George Soros. Black Lives Matter gets progressive support though they commit and advocate for violence. Well-known talking heads call for the assassination of President Trump. But hey, power is the object here, and Machiavellian means can be stretched as far as needed to produce the desired ends. It is essentially because of the fact that there is still some law and justice in America, plus the fact that ordinary Americans who are paying attention despise the phony liberalism of today (and therefore elected Donald Trump president), that the violence hasn't increased even more.

Progressive leaders think that conservatives and traditionalists are to be disrespected, demonized and destroyed where possible, while female-abusing Muslims with their oppressive Sharia law are to be admired and promoted. After all, doesn't Obama love the terrorist group known as the Muslim Brotherhood? Aren't they well-represented in our Federal government thanks to progressive political appointments? But the progressives believe that profound principles and new rights (abortion, gay marriage, etc.) come into being simply because some progressive big shot or trend setter says so.

May God save America from our friends(?) the progressives and globalists as well as the enemies we all recognize.
