West points out that the term “McCarthyism” and the meaning it has carried, have come to us as a result of the communist strategy to defeat the efforts of Sen. Joseph McCarthy, who correctly identified people who were actual communist agents and not innocent victims of false accusations. She mentions M. Stanton Evans, whose meticulously documented and thoroughly researched book Blacklisted by History: The Untold Story of Senator Joe McCarthy and His Fight Against America's Enemies, shows that the senator was ill-treated in his own day by the Senate, by presidents and other officials, and ever since by journalists, politicians, historians, and others. I highly recommend West's article and especially Evans' book. I believe that the effort to restore McCarthy's unjustly ruined reputation is truly worthwhile.

The social theory of ethics substitutes “society” for God—and although it claims that its chief concern is life on earth, it is not the life of man, not the life of an individual, but the life of a disembodied entity, the collective, which, in relation to every individual, consists of everybody except himself. As far as the individual is concerned, his ethical duty is to be the selfless, voiceless, rightless slave of any need, claim or demand asserted by others. The motto “dog eat dog”—which is not applicable to capitalism nor to dogs—is applicable to the social theory of ethics. The existential monuments to this theory are Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia.*
At the risk of beating the same drum and repeating certain points, I’m posting yet another article on this topic. (Other topics will follow, such as the vicious land theft by the communist ANC in South Africa and the continuing implosion of American higher education thanks to Marxist teachers and money-grabbing administrators who care little for actual education.)
The radical left, as many have observed, are involved in a frenzied effort to bring down the presidency of Donald Trump. Beyond this, the goal is to bring down the United States as a sovereign and free nation and also establish socialism (thereby destroying the U.S. Constitution), and help create a Marxist world government.
Whether you call Marxism socialism or communism**, it is an inherently and historically evil, lawless, and very murderous system. If socialism were established in the United States, it would be preceded by leftist atrocities, and violence would continue long afterward, leaving many dead. Freedom would be a thing of the past. The cost of the “free stuff” would be great in lives, property, dignity, and liberty.
No one in China, Russia, North Korea, or Iran is a greater threat to America than the socialist and communist leaders in the United States, in or out of our government. The “blue wave” the leftists hope to create would be a step toward implementing soul-crushing communism.
No matter how much they talk about “democratic” socialism, it is democratic only in the sense that the leftists would like to get into office through democratic elections, then, when the timing is right, to seize power violently to overthrow capitalism, and continue with violence in order to silence and suppress those who oppose them.
There are probably 60 to 80 members of Congress who are members of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and many work closely with the Communist Party USA, which is very closely associated with the DSA, as are other far-left organizations. The members of Congress could not pass a routine FBI background check, yet they are often found on sensitive Congressional committees. They are not loyal citizens of America, but domestic enemies.
The leftists have convinced a large number of naive, ignorant young people, after years of leftist indoctrination in schools and colleges, that socialism is something to be desired. With the evil and destructive postmodern ideas promoted in our educational system (at the cost of much actual education), people think socialism will lead to Scandinavian-style welfare and a happier nation.
They fail to see that as an economic system it is based on no rational theory, and planned economy is never going to produce prosperity or equity. The Scandinavian countries have turned to more free-market ways because a centrally-planned economy is entirely arbitrary, and the planners truly do not know how to plan, and are usually at odds with each other.
The political side of socialism is the worst. Under the guise of good intentions, socialist leaders exploit the working class and the poor for votes and political gain, and then fail to deliver the promised utopia. Under socialism, the most clever criminals are very soon in control, and many who led the revolution are summarily murdered. Since constitutional protections cease to exist, as they assuredly will, the people are defenseless against the suffering meted out at the leaders' whims.
There is no possibility of doing Marxism “right,” as evidenced by its brutal and bloody history. It inevitably creates a dictatorship and terror police state. The secret police cannot be avoided. As suggested by the anti-Christian attitude among leftists today, religion is punished. Worship of the Dear Leader is preferred, that is until the Dear Leader gets shot in the back of the head and another takes over, who may even claim his predecessor was a counter-revolutionary and had to be removed. That is, until the new ruler suffers the same fate or until one ruler is able to consolidate power for a long time.
Socialist leaders are like the serpent in the Garden of Eden. He put doubts about the quality of life Adam and Eve were experiencing, and made the temptation sound very good. The result was that their paradise was destroyed. The U.S. is a paradise compared to just about any country in the world. But socialists would turn it into a Third World type hell-hole of poverty, murder, and strife.
“Progressives” have already been wreaking destruction in many of our major cities. Their goal seems to be to turn our country into a larger-scale Venezuela, create chaos through senseless violence, do everything they can to bring down the Trump presidency, and with it the Constitution. Their tactics and poisonous results are becoming known to more and more voters, who see through their communist propaganda, and reject it. To preserve America as a sovereign and free nation, free from Marxism, is a cause worth fighting and, if necessary, dying for, defending our nation against enemies foreign and domestic.
Violence should always be the last resort, and this struggle can, and likely will be won without civil war, but in this titanic struggle, we must not lose. As Ronald Reagan said, “There is a point beyond which they must not advance.”

In the following brief video, Professor Jordan Peterson outlines the relationship of Marxism to Postmodernism and explains why the argument is false that what the Russian Revolution produced was not “true Marxism,” which would have brought about the desired utopia without all the bloodshed.
His explanation is so obviously correct that it's difficult to see how anyone can maintain the contrary. Marxism's historical track record amply demonstrates that it is the road to mass murder and dire poverty for the “masses” that are supposed to benefit from it. To prevent our country from being under socialism is a cause worth fighting for, to the death if necessary.
Socialist leaders have no moral objection to anything that would help bring about their desired form of collectivist government. It would be a murderous and lawless disaster. The main incentive it provides is not national prosperity or peace or virtue, but the possible opportunity to control others. A collectivist economy cannot produce anything above bare subsistence or starvation for most of the people. It would produce a fear-driven society. The “free” things offered would ultimately be worthless or nearly so. Security is a condition that many would never experience. Truth from any official source would seldom if ever be heard.
Yet that is what the “democratic socialists” in America are working to bring about. The absurdly unhinged rhetoric and behavior of the rabid anti-Trump left, including violent acts and threats of violence, should be sufficient warning that the leaders of this movement would be willing to seize power by committing atrocities if they thought it necessary.
There is no likelihood of reasoning with these people. They must be defeated. They are led by radicalized anti-American, anti-liberty, and anti-white fanatics. This characterizes much of the Democratic Party leadership today. They are not merely political opponents of non-leftists, but, rather, domestic enemies of the United States.
In America, organized socialism equals communism.
It is time that the American people understood this fact. The principal leftist practitioners of it agree. As Far Left Watch, an anti-socialist website, points out, the tactics and goals of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), the largest socialist organization in the U.S., are the same as those of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA), with whom they work very closely with Democrat politicians, as documented by Trevor Loudon.* This is nothing new. What's new is their willingness to openly and plainly tell us what and who they are.
Far Left Watchnotes that when one of DSA's leaders tweeted that “communism is a good thing,” several other DSA leaders of various chapters joined in praising communism.
To slow or stop this push toward socialism will require strong citizen opposition and a better understanding of what we're up against. It is not simply mass hysteria but planned and coordinated action to undermine and bring down America as a sovereign and free nation. Would you like to go live in Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, or your other communist paradise of choice, where you would undoubtedly be much happier than in your hated America that is such a bad place you can hardly stand it? After all, aren’t most people here racists, sexists, and homophobes? White supremacists, Nazis, and micro-aggressors? Profit-mad capitalists who, unlike yourselves aren’t willing to define “compassion” as taking things away from those who earned them and giving them to those who didn’t?

By Eddie Howell Charlie Hurt of The Washington Times, appearing on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight program, stated that the new crop of Democrat candidates, such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are Communists. This is a term we haven’t heard used very often on Fox News or anywhere else, apart from Trevor Loudon, Cliff Kincaid, and some other right-leaning sources, but it’s a term that’s quite accurate when describing leftist Democrats, from Barack Obama to the socialist candidates running in the Democratic primaries.
In fact, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), some of whose members harassed DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen in a restaurant, is extremely close to Democrats in Congress as well as the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). They’re virtually the same, and that can be accurately said of just about any socialist organization in America. Books by Trevor Loudon and others extensively and undeniably document these connections.*
With incendiary rhetoric, Socialist-communist Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) has encouraged people to harass Trump Administration members in public places, and this has led to apprehension over possible violent clashes that might take place as a result. Harassment in public at the homes of people with whom one disagrees politically? The possibilities are frightening.

Socialists in America use the term “Democratic” to mean what it means in countries like the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (i.e., North Korea). It’s not really Democratic there nor in Bernie Sanders’ socialism. It is essentially communism, and many Democrat politicians are somewhat openly associated with communism, whose principles and goals have not changed since the Cold War, nor are communists more loyal to the U. S. now than they were then. These days, communists have the advantage of having no government agencies publicly going after them as such, and they know they can rely on protection under First Amendment free speech rights, especially as understood by liberal judges.
For the information of those who perhaps haven’t noticed, the Democratic Party today is further to the left than ever and is essentially in the grip of communism. Communists are always looking to a future of violent seizure of government, and the overthrow of capitalism. They still view the Russian Revolution of 1917 and Marxism-Leninism as positive things. These organizations also include Maoist groups who are pro-China. If they and their ignorant followers were to gain power, they would not hesitate to do however much violence their leaders wanted, having seized power by committing atrocities. This would follow the pattern of the Russian Revolution and also the French Revolution: Mob action leading to maximum violence during and afterward. These people would not hesitate to murder American citizens in order to advance their agenda if they believed they could get away with it. Communist true believers believe they would be entirely justified by whatever means might seem necessary to achieve their ends.
Communists today are no less subversive than they ever were, but they have influence over several sectors of our society, and currently enjoy those protections: liberal academia, mainstream media, labor union leadership, etc. So, we have Antifa, Black Lives Matter, etc., in (temporary, it would seem) alliance with radical Islam, such as the Muslim Brotherhood (CAIR, Hamas, etc.) and now they are openly anti-white racists.
Opposed to this, we have “normal” Americans, who value American liberty and sovereignty, and are not willing to sign our nation over to foreign-controlled or subversive interests. They also value stability, law and order, and peace and quiet, and aren’t overly sympathetic to phony victimhood, or the snowflake mentality. They still respect independent action and rugged individualism, as well as traditional femininity and masculinity as gender appropriate. They (mostly) know that there are not more than two genders and that climate change is a leftist hoax and fraud.
Also, many must wonder if civility can ever be restored. Is compromise possible? It has been in the past and has contributed to American success and prosperity. But how do you compromise with people who not only hate you but are trying to stir up hate among different groups, depending on group identity? Make no mistake, the communist elite hate the productive middle class and ordinary Americans. They do not respect their rights nor the Constitution.
Leftists will not succeed if indeed it does come to civil war because such rebellion can and will be put down with overwhelming force. First, because “normal” Americans won’t put up with it. Second, because the typical conservative or non-leftist household is well armed and trained in firearm use, and third, because this is America and not Europe. The strength of the socialist-communist movement is far less than the media would have us believe.
Note to young socialists who think the country would be better under socialism: Where has actual socialism ever worked? Nowhere. If socialists took over America, you, the millennials, would be among the most sorely disappointed, and there would be no recourse available for you. Remember, under socialism, the most clever deceivers and criminals would soon be in charge. The promised benefits are never delivered. The people are enslaved. The violence never ends. Nor does the widespread poverty. Study Soviet Stalinist communism, Mao’s Chinese communism, Hitler’s National Socialism (Nazism), and George Orwell’s novel 1984 for an idea of how things would go. Remember that socialism has brought about the murders of over 100 million people by their own governments since the beginning of the 20th century.

It’s no longer to be a “pageant,” let alone a beauty pageant, so theoretically, good looks are not required, Whaat?? That changes the thing into something totally unlike what it has always been. The White House Correspondents’ Dinner, which President Trump wisely avoided, demonstrated that the leftist political media today is behaving as though they were the “journalistic” scum of the earth. The whole MSM together is, in politics, a net negative for America, and those who cheered “comedian” Michelle Wolf’s disgusting jokes should be banned from further attendance at White House briefings for a long while.
Trevor Loudon is right about socialists and communists in our government being America’s enemies within. They are just as much enemies of America as anyone in Cuba, China, Russia, North Korea, or Iran, or the Mafia. They are dangerous office holders. The leftist Democrat politicians are not loyal Americans in the sense of supporting the Constitution, as their oath of office requires, and so they behave more like enemies instead of simply opponents. Many are very active in socialist and communist organizations.
The same applies to leftist teachers and school administrators, who are busily destroying the youth of America through socialist-communist indoctrination dating back to John Dewey and before, but which has picked up speed in the past 30 to 40 years.

They are poison to American society and to our nation. They hate America, and America shouldn’t be tolerant about that. They are at present the greatest danger our country faces, and they can be formidable. The conservatives and traditionalists are not exactly blameless in allowing this situation to develop. One problem is Americans tend to be trusting of others, and tend not to follow politics beyond the most superficial level if at all. It’s like ignoring cancer until it spreads to destroy the whole body. And leftist politicians are cancer on the body of the United States of America. But they have the power to wake up and change. Those in control of the far-left movement in the U. S. are attempting to sow chaos in hopes of bringing about a communist revolution, and an eventual world government.
Little do most realize that in following what is “fashionable” among leftist thought leaders, they are participating, often unwittingly, in the middle-class-hating global elitists’ plan for world domination under a communist system. Actually, the middle-class members of American government, journalism, and academia, and entertainment are among those most hated by the elites*, although they are able to manipulate and control them through false propaganda and false promises. A look at leftist empires of the 20th century and leftist (socialist-communist) nations today should be enough to convince a reasonable person that the road they (leftists) are on leads to hell on earth. The fact that 44% of millennials reported in a poll that they would prefer to live under socialism instead of capitalism shows a tragic ignorance of history and a serious lack of knowledge about collectivist government.
But – Hate the sin, love the sinner, as Christianity teaches? It’s easy for the average American to hate the sins if they are aware of them and too tempting to hate the sinners as well. But to think that loving the sinner requires one to silently accept their sin is wrong. Ignoring reality is largely what brought us to this point.

They are seen as competitors to the elites who believe they have the right to rule.
Middle-class people have ideas about their rights, which elites do not accept.
Elites regard all individuals except themselves as expendable, and any of the anointed elites who don’t follow the higher leaders are themselves expendable.
The elites want a two-class system: Rulers and everyone else (slaves, serfs, peasants, and servants, in a fixed, permanent class). Only the rulers will be recognized as having rights. The system they prefer is inherently violent and criminal and would result in the murders of many citizens by the authorities.
Human vanity and pride lead people to think they could prosper in the elites’ desired system, but only the established mega-rich would be allowed to rule, and those outside their families and bloodlines would have no status higher than servants. That is, no rights. Also, world population would be greatly decreased through wars, disease, imprisonment, and direct murders. Study Hitler’s Germany, Stalin’s Soviet Union, and Mao’s China for some understanding of how things would work if the New World Order were in place. That is what leftists today are working toward, wittingly or not.

"Rarely is the question asked: Is our children learning?” – George W. Bush
Apparently, President Bush 43’s famous grammatically incorrect quote is not being effectively answered by anyone with the power and will to do anything about it in many high schools, colleges, and universities today. It’s pretty well established that many students who are admitted to college are unprepared for college work, yet have no trouble getting in, and once there, many learn little to nothing over their years of “study.” Tucker Carlson on Fox News clearly described problems with colleges and universities on his April 25 program, in a segment series called “Is College Worth It?” (Video below).
Test scores are dropping, but grades are getting higher. College costs are steadily increasing, while the value of the college experience is dropping, and in many cases is actually negative. Student loan debt is beyond what many loan recipients will ever be able to repay. Carlson says, "Colleges barely teach, yet every year they increase their fees. Try that in a private business, you might get indicted for fraud. Do it at an American university and you get billions in taxpayer subsidies."
More rigorous work could help, but college work is much less rigorous than it was not so long ago.
In his excellent blog, Confessions of a College Professor, (linked on this blog), Professor Doom gives us a continuing account of these troubles and their causes. Administrators now rule the higher education world and capitalize massively on the student loan scam. To do this, they try to make sure that students are “happy,” and the Admins penalize the instructors if the students complain about anything.
Administrators use the student loan funds to provide “palaces” and high six-figure salaries for themselves, while most faculty is adjunct (part-time), often qualifying for food stamps, few ever get tenure, and the emphases of the “study” curricula are more on political correctness and SJW topics, and less on academic achievement.
Dr. Doom points out that accreditation is a matter of paying the accreditation fees, and little else, so nothing changes unless criminal charges are brought. Administrators typically get a golden parachute whenever they leave, even if they leave under a cloud. Colleges these days are awash in cash, yet little of it benefits the students in terms of the supposed purpose of the university, and school policies add little to the academic or social quality of the college years, and actual results often demonstrate that it can be a very big waste of time and money.
With all the leftist-socialist-communist indoctrination going on, I repeat my statement from a previous article that colleges are some of the stupidest places in America. A prospective entrant should thoroughly check out any school he or she plans to attend, or risk a very disappointing result if the goal is a true education that can lead to a good future.
As Dr. Doom suggests, the solution would seem to be: Rein in the administrators, who have a chokehold on the system, dismantle the scandalous student loan program, upgrade academic standards, and restore accreditation rules with teeth. Sounds simple, but it’s like trying to get rid of cockroaches, termites, and bedbugs. California is deeply in debt and it’s getting worse. Leaders* do not care. Middle-class people are leaving in large numbers to escape high taxes, the high cost of living,
and worsening living conditions. Leaders do not care. Many people are homeless and living in filth. Leaders do
not care.
Illegal immigrant policies are endangering citizens. Leaders do not care. State budget: 3/4 of money is to be spent on illegal immigrants. Leaders do not care. Middle-class people who stay will be in increasing danger from crime, disease, etc. If they are wiped out, leaders don’t care. The poor think they’ll eventually benefit from the money and property to be taken from “the rich.” They won’t. Instead, they will face chronic shortages and greater poverty.
Why don’t the leaders care?
CA politics is very largely communist. Leaders hate the middle class “bourgeoisie.” Leaders will be kept in power by votes of illegal immigrants. Leaders want a two-class system -- mega-rich and serfs.
Leaders will work to silence or destroy opposition as much as they can get away with. It’s OK if the state has no money as long as the leaders have theirs, and they will get more from the state for as long as possible. It will take some time for the illegals to realize they’ve been thoroughly swindled, and by the time they do, it will be too late.
*“Leaders” refers to people in political office, currently in power, in California, who are of the “progressive,” “liberal,” socialist or communist persuasion. Fortunately, there are conservatives and others who oppose their policies.
The latest publishing/internet/YouTube/academic phenomenon, a Canadian professor, and clinical psychologist Dr. Jordan B. Peterson is getting a lot of attention these days by simply advocating for common sense and freedom to speak. He does not adhere to political correctness. His latest book, 12 Rules for Living: An Antidote to Chaos, is aimed at young people, especially men, who are in need of direction to make their lives meaningful and productive despite all the weirdness and confusion they find around them. He advocates a life of responsible thinking, speaking, and acting. He also challenges some of the liberals’ position on human sexuality, debate, and other topics.
Two Fox News videos follow, the first from Peterson’s appearance with Tucker Carlson, then his appearance with Greg Gutfeld on their respective Fox News shows.
His critics attack him for daring to disagree with leftist propaganda about transgenderism and related matters and have even gone so far as to call him a white supremacist. But truth and good sense will eventually win out. Also, Peterson is a very considerate debater, who recommends finding something positive in other peoples’ position, admitting that they might know something he doesn’t. For hardened leftist ideologues, that might not go very far.

The “ruling globalist elite” are frequently mentioned in political articles these days, and usually, it’s
pointed out that these people are very secretive about their plans, their history, and often their identity. Who are the behind-the-scenes rulers pulling the strings?
The elites are often identified with the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, the Club of Rome, and the Council on Foreign Relations, etc. “Conspiracy theorists,” who are usually simply trying to find out and present the truth, are painted as paranoid nut cases. Maybe some are, but most can see the threat posed to ordinary people by these ruling masters, the true robber barons, and would like to counteract them. The elites themselves seem to encourage confusion and enjoy being mysterious, lest people get wise to the elites’ nefarious plans, and actually do things to restrain or neutralize them.
There is quite a lot of literature and video purporting to inform about the elites’ history and objectives, and some have plausibility. Some get into bizarre theories, but many do not.
There are various names for movements and organizations which are or might be in league with the elites, and therefore attempting to take down the middle class, which is the elites’ main goal:

Socialist organizations (They hate private profit and property.)
Communist organizations (They hate the bourgeoisie.)
Leftist labor union bosses (They object to the profits of the company owners and executives.)
The U.S. Democratic Party (Their championing of the middle class is basically a lie.)
The Federal Reserve (They have virtually unrestricted contol of the money supply,)
The Securities and Exchange Commission (They seldom go after violators and rarely report to
any kind of oversight because the law allows this.)
Wall Street banks
Islamic jihad movement
Environmental groups
Gun control groups
and others
There is plenty of overlap among these, and many are unwitting helpers to the elites, such as the high schoolers’ anti-gun effort, and people who ignorantly support socialism.

Mercantilism as an economic system dates back to the Middle Ages, and involved wealthy organizations seeking to secure monopoly power, using government authority, for the purpose of acquiring precious metals and achieving a favorable trade balance, and in the process, weaken their nations’ enemies and wipe out competition. Mercantilism was practiced most effectively by countries that had colonial interests, and the mercantilists worked to assure that they controlled all aspects of manufacturing, trade, and finance.
They were mainly focused on their own financial gain and manipulated governments and others for that purpose, pushing aside independent merchants who might try to compete with them, or political opponents who might get in their way. It was a sort of “legalized” mafia, and was practiced in most major countries, competing with each other.

Wayne Jett, author of The Fruits of Graft* describes the elites as mercantilists, which seems an apt term. Mercantilism, as practiced by the ruling elites today, seeks the financial gain of mega-rich elites, as Jett shows, and is focused on inflicting harm and destruction on the productive middle class, resulting in a two-class system (elites and serfs), as described in 1901 by H.G. Wells in his book Anticipations...** Jett calls this book the elitist manifesto. It advocates the removal of the middle class through taxation, wars, and killing, in order to restore the “natural order” of things.
Wells greatly impressed both Theodore Roosevelt and Franklin D. Roosevelt during their respective presidencies and conferred with leading mercantilists of the day. Jett powerfully argues that the mercantilists executed the Great Crash of 1929, and largely by actions of Franklin D. Roosevelt, made the ensuing Great Depression much deeper and longer lasting than it might have been otherwise.

Through deliberately counterproductive policies and acts, FDR destroyed much of the wealth of the middle class, and the poor also suffered greatly. While presenting himself as concerned for the “forgotten man,” he actively pursued actions which destroyed people he supposedly was trying to help. Millions of Americans needlessly starved to death thanks to these manipulations.Correction: The actual number of people who starved to death is difficult to determine. Some figures given are from 3 to 7 million; others say that starvation occurred, but was not that widespread. It is well established, however, that many people went hungry and many suffered from malnutrition and related diseases, such as rickets. Diseases such as tuberculosis and pneumonia increased, and many died of exposure. Often, children were without milk, and many people generally could not afford medical treatment or sufficient nourishing food. All this took place while FDR had economic means of recovery at his fingertips, but the continuing high taxes and gold hoarding by the Administration, monetizing neither the vast gold purchases nor the gold confiscated from the public, kept most people with little to no money, and suffering accordingly.
Jett details these things and meticulously documents them. He also documents the mercantilists’ destructive actions in the dot-com bubble burst of 2000-2001 and the Crash of 2008 during the Great Recession. His descriptions of what happened in each of these episodes are alarming. They also are supported by historical facts and classical economic analysis.
The elites are working to put the middle class out of business and out of existence. This is what happened as a result of the elitist-supported Russian Revolution of 1917, and preliminary conflicts in the years leading up to it. A civilization of over 1,000 years was destroyed. The middle class “bourgeoisie” faced murder or imprisonment. With much of the skilled and productive middle class gone, the communists were left with few skills for governing, and leaders whose murderous bloodthirst gave their nation a lawless dictatorship. Millions of murders of citizens took place. Leftists in the U.S. today would like to imitate that process here.
Some ways that are pointed out as being used to destroy the middle class include higher taxes (thus the Democrats’ opposition to the Trump tax cuts), and lack of government attention to destructive practices in the financial markets. The stock market meltdowns of 1929 and 2008 were brought about deliberately through unrestrained, often fraudulent, short-selling for the benefit of elite buyers of the distressed shares and assets at very low prices. Investors were, in many cases wiped out. On many fronts, changes are needed to reduce the elitists’ power and protect American citizens.
So what has been done in light of the 2008 collapse that will prevent a similar occurrence in the future? Scandalously little! The Fed still can run wild with the value of the dollar, the IRS can abuse its authority, the SEC can run interference for those they are supposed to be regulating, and dark markets for commodities can still operate. Hedge funds can still largely operate in secret. All it would take to cause a 2008-type crash might be a decision by the elite powers that be to spread false rumors about target companies’ financial strength, launch stock market bear attacks, then wait for the dust to settle and step in to buy what’s left, on the cheap. Meanwhile, watch out for your IRA and 401(K). Of course, the elite geniuses will probably come up with something sneakier next time. Trump Administration vigilance might be able to foil such an attack by the Deep State Swamp. But until big changes are made, it seems the danger remains.

Mike Adams of Natural News warns in the following video that the science establishment of Big Pharma, the UN (through UNICEF, WHO, etc.), and the Federal Government (through the FDA, EPA,
CDC, and even the FBI), Planned Parenthood, and others, have been secretly, and not-so-secretly plotting the extermination of the black African race through nefarious means involving contaminated vaccines, food supplies, medicines,
chemicals, water, and other avenues. It is widely known that some globalists desire to reduce the earth’s population to about one billion people, and indications are that they are starting mostly with black and brown
people.
The video, which some have trouble dealing with, shows that the mainstream media will cover little of the subject matter discussed, although sometimes whistle-blowers come forward, or perpetrators
get caught in their evil acts. Adams encourages viewers to connect the dots, as he has been doing, and see the pattern, which becomes apparent under scrutiny.
I believe the presentation explains a lot, and is too convincing to dismiss.
YouTube has taken Natural News’ channel off their site as part of their ongoing efforts to censor material that does not conform to their politically correct agenda.
Most Americans my age (including me) never thought they’d see the day when America’s basic constitutional liberty would be so endangered. And yet that’s just what we are seeing. With leftists calling for curtailing the Second Amendment, restricting the First Amendment to control “Hate speech” and shout down conservatives or prevent them from speaking, our liberty is at risk today. The major factor in this is the influence of the political left. They encourage people to believe they’re “victims” and must be protected from disagreeable opinions, yet they should go after their opponents with violent “protests” (riots), and promote hatred of police, conservatives, white people, Christians, and whoever they decide to dislike or disagree with.
The left is trying, and somewhat succeeding, it seems, in replacing the “Age of Reason” or “Age of Enlightenment” we thought we were living in, with just the opposite. In his article titled “The High-Tech Traditionalist: The Age of UnReason -- It is Impossible to Overestimate the Dangers of Mass Hysteria,” Baruch Pletner, at Tsarizm, gives an instructive analysis of this process and its serious risks:

It is impossible to overestimate the dangers of mass hysteria. Nearly all manmade disasters from the unthinkable to the merely uncomfortable are the results of it. People who are hysterical,
who think with their wombs rather than their brains, be they male or female, are easily manipulated by special interests who have much to gain from whipping up emotions at the expense of reason.
The system of checks and balances put in place by the Founding Fathers to guard against hysteria and mob rule is on its last breath. Undermined by universal suffrage, a concept that
would have horrified every single one of them, coupled with excessive immigration from countries in which emotion rather than reason reigns supreme, the death knoll of the American Republic as the last bastion of the new Age
of Reason in the West is fast approaching.
An Organized Effort
I am convinced that this process in America and elsewhere is being orchestrated by the socialists and communists of the political left in order to create chaos and confusion in our country in preparation for their hoped-for violent overthrow of capitalism and the market economy, to be replaced with socialism. Socialist and communist organizations are very active among members of Congress today, for example, and many of our legislators are not loyal to America but to socialist and communist causes, contrary to the Constitution that they have sworn to protect.

A look at communist and socialist websites will demonstrate that these leftists regard America as the bad guy, and they support the communist countries of China, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, Vietnam, etc., and are involved in communist goings-on in Russia and the communist countries just mentioned. The goal is world domination, as it has been since 1917 and before. Stirring up emotional upset, hatred, and prejudice is the road to subverting the nation.
When ‘Snowflakes’ Rule
People need to better understand the nature and uniqueness of American freedom. The so-called Free World, just in the past few decades, has given up much of their liberty. In most of these countries, a person’s complaint that someone insulted them can result in criminal prosecution. No nation other than the United States has protections equal to those decreed by the First Amendment. Under the U. S. Constitution, people cannot be criminally accused or punished for what they think, write, or say (unless directly inciting violence), but only for their actions. Thus, disloyal individuals and organizations have great latitude in spreading their propaganda. But when they translate that into violent or subversive acts, they can and should be punished under the law.
Beyond this, the leftist propaganda must be overcome by truth. Principles of individual responsibility and individual liberty must be taught, and education must be taken back from the leftist propagandists. Not everything a person disagrees with is racist, sexist, or homophobic. And even if they are, the answer is to overcome bad ideas with good ones, not silence everyone who wishes to speak what one considers heresy. “Political correctness” is a concept invented by communists. It is thoroughly antithetical to the American concept of individual liberty.
Leftists in America today, such as the reprehensible Southern Poverty Law Center label as “Hate groups” many traditional Christian organizations who believe in traditional marriage and biblical morality. The SPLC is one of the most hateful groups around. Why do supposedly legitimate organizations rely on their list?
It should be borne in mind that no “Progressive” politicians are far from socialism and indeed communism in their basic political positions, and many are rather openly affiliated with socialist and communist organizations. Their loyalty to America is extremely questionable. Yet many serve on the most sensitive committees in Congress when they could not pass a routine background check. Congress needs to recognize and correct this problem.

There was, not so long ago, a time in America, when people thought the Civil War, that bloody and a horrible nation-wrenching struggle of brother-against-brother, was finally over and peace
was restored. As difficult as it was for everyone who fought, or who waited back home for their loved ones to return, it was finally over, and a true healing process had begun.
The impact was lasting, since the war was fought in America and not some far-off continent, and feelings did not change overnight. By the 25th anniversary of the end of the war, there were expressions of unity at Civil War reunions, although resentments still remained.
At the 50th anniversary (1913) of the Battle of Gettysburg, Union and Confederate veterans of the war shook hands across the
stone wall of Pickett’s Charge in what appeared to be a time of sincere unity and forgiveness all around. Slavery was over, and to many, it seemed that the animosity had given way to mutual respect, and acknowledgement
that the issues were settled.

At the 75th anniversary (1938) of the Battle of Gettysburg, President Franklin Roosevelt dedicated the Eternal Light Peace Memorial,
recognizing the Blue and the Gray veterans in attendance and saying, “I accept this Memorial in the spirit of brotherhood and peace.” After all those years, there appeared to be some closure concerning the North-South
struggle. America was well united again and only a few fanatics still wanted to continue the fight. There was respect for all who had fought, if not agreement on all the controversies. Families by then were reunited, and the American
family could take some satisfaction in the fact of peace in our own country.
So what has happened in this age of snowflakes, victims, and troublemakers? Any reference to the Confederacy today is considered by some to be a trigger for traumatic upset. This is very unfortunate,
for it threatens basic American and human values: Free expression, free inquiry, knowledge of the facts of history, and respect for others. There is no one alive today who owned slaves during that era. The war ended over 150
years ago. All this time, until very recently (before the leftists began stirring up their misguided efforts), people accepted the facts that there was a Civil War, slavery was abolished, and now it’s over, and occasionally
we see reminders of it.
The Civil War statues and memorials, flags, and symbols represent historical people and events, and it is a miserable injustice to condemn those who fought for the South as if their only
concern was to oppress people. The war is over. The South lost the war, suffering mightily, but what has happened to the spirit of Lincoln, who wanted, above all, to preserve and restore the Union, as though it had never been
separated? Those who demand the destruction or removal of Confederate statues, flags, and relics, even if they think their motives are pure, do a great disservice to our country. All Americans, North and South, deserve better.
