If Civil War Happens, for Leftists, It’s the Communist Revolution, But They Won’t Win

Charlie Hurt of The Washington Times, appearing on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight program, stated that the new crop of Democrat candidates, such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are Communists. This is a term we haven’t heard used very often on Fox News or anywhere else, apart from Trevor Loudon, Cliff Kincaid, and some other right-leaning sources, but it’s a term that’s quite accurate when describing leftist Democrats, from Barack Obama to the socialist candidates running in the Democratic primaries.

In fact, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), some of whose members harassed DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen in a restaurant, is extremely close to Democrats in Congress as well as the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). They’re virtually the same, and that can be accurately said of just about any socialist organization in America. Books by Trevor Loudon and others extensively and undeniably document these connections.*

With incendiary rhetoric, Socialist-communist Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) has encouraged people to harass Trump Administration members in public places, and this has led to apprehension over possible violent clashes that might take place as a result. Harassment in public at the homes of people with whom one disagrees politically? The possibilities are frightening.

Socialists in America use the term “Democratic” to mean what it means in countries like the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (i.e., North Korea). It’s not really Democratic there nor in Bernie Sanders’ socialism. It is essentially communism, and many Democrat politicians are somewhat openly associated with communism, whose principles and goals have not changed since the Cold War, nor are communists more loyal to the U. S. now than they were then. These days, communists have the advantage of having no government agencies publicly going after them as such, and they know they can rely on protection under First Amendment free speech rights, especially as understood by liberal judges.

For the information of those who perhaps haven’t noticed, the Democratic Party today is further to the left than ever and is essentially in the grip of communism. Communists are always looking to a future of violent seizure of government, and the overthrow of capitalism. They still view the Russian Revolution of 1917 and Marxism-Leninism as positive things. These organizations also include Maoist groups who are pro-China. If they and their ignorant followers were to gain power, they would not hesitate to do however much violence their leaders wanted, having seized power by committing atrocities. This would follow the pattern of the Russian Revolution and also the French Revolution: Mob action leading to maximum violence during and afterward. These people would not hesitate to murder American citizens in order to advance their agenda if they believed they could get away with it. Communist true believers believe they would be entirely justified by whatever means might seem necessary to achieve their ends.

Communists today are no less subversive than they ever were, but they have influence over several sectors of our society, and currently enjoy those protections: liberal academia, mainstream media, labor union leadership, etc. So, we have Antifa, Black Lives Matter, etc., in (temporary, it would seem) alliance with radical Islam, such as the Muslim Brotherhood (CAIR, Hamas, etc.) and now they are openly anti-white racists.

Opposed to this, we have “normal” Americans, who value American liberty and sovereignty, and are not willing to sign our nation over to foreign-controlled or subversive interests. They also value stability, law and order, and peace and quiet, and aren’t overly sympathetic to phony victimhood, or the snowflake mentality. They still respect independent action and rugged individualism, as well as traditional femininity and masculinity as gender appropriate. They (mostly) know that there are not more than two genders and that climate change is a leftist hoax and fraud.

Also, many must wonder if civility can ever be restored. Is compromise possible? It has been in the past and has contributed to American success and prosperity. But how do you compromise with people who not only hate you but are trying to stir up hate among different groups, depending on group identity? Make no mistake, the communist elite hate the productive middle class and ordinary Americans. They do not respect their rights nor the Constitution.

Leftists will not succeed if indeed it does come to civil war because such rebellion can and will be put down with overwhelming force. First, because “normal” Americans won’t put up with it. Second, because the typical conservative or non-leftist household is well armed and trained in firearm use, and third, because this is America and not Europe. The strength of the socialist-communist movement is far less than the media would have us believe.

Note to young socialists who think the country would be better under socialism: Where has actual socialism ever worked? Nowhere. If socialists took over America, you, the millennials, would be among the most sorely disappointed, and there would be no recourse available for you. Remember, under socialism, the most clever deceivers and criminals would soon be in charge. The promised benefits are never delivered. The people are enslaved. The violence never ends. Nor does the widespread poverty. Study Soviet Stalinist communism, Mao’s Chinese communism, Hitler’s National Socialism (Nazism), and George Orwell’s novel 1984 for an idea of how things would go. Remember that socialism has brought about the murders of over 100 million people by their own governments since the beginning of the 20^th century.

The Lowering of Higher Education in America

Apparently, President Bush 43’s famous grammatically incorrect quote is not being effectively answered by anyone with the power and will to do anything about it in many high schools, colleges, and universities today. It’s pretty well established that many students who are admitted to college are unprepared for college work, yet have no trouble getting in, and once there, many learn little to nothing over their years of “study.” Tucker Carlson on Fox News clearly described problems with colleges and universities on his April 25 program, in a segment series called “Is College Worth It?” (Video below).

Test scores are dropping, but grades are getting higher. College costs are steadily increasing, while the value of the college experience is dropping, and in many cases is actually negative. Student loan debt is beyond what many loan recipients will ever be able to repay. Carlson says, "Colleges barely teach, yet every year they increase their fees. Try that in a private business, you might get indicted for fraud. Do it at an American university and you get billions in taxpayer subsidies."

More rigorous work could help, but college work is much less rigorous than it was not so long ago.

In his excellent blog, Confessions of a College Professor, (linked on this blog), Professor Doom gives us a continuing account of these troubles and their causes. Administrators now rule the higher education world and capitalize massively on the student loan scam. To do this, they try to make sure that students are “happy,” and the Admins penalize the instructors if the students complain about anything.

Administrators use the student loan funds to provide “palaces” and high six-figure salaries for themselves, while most faculty is adjunct (part-time), often qualifying for food stamps, few ever get tenure, and the emphases of the “study” curricula are more on political correctness and SJW topics, and less on academic achievement.

Dr. Doom points out that accreditation is a matter of paying the accreditation fees, and little else, so nothing changes unless criminal charges are brought. Administrators typically get a golden parachute whenever they leave, even if they leave under a cloud. Colleges these days are awash in cash, yet little of it benefits the students in terms of the supposed purpose of the university, and school policies add little to the academic or social quality of the college years, and actual results often demonstrate that it can be a very big waste of time and money.

With all the leftist-socialist-communist indoctrination going on, I repeat my statement from a previous article that colleges are some of the stupidest places in America. A prospective entrant should thoroughly check out any school he or she plans to attend, or risk a very disappointing result if the goal is a true education that can lead to a good future.

As Dr. Doom suggests, the solution would seem to be: Rein in the administrators, who have a chokehold on the system, dismantle the scandalous student loan program, upgrade academic standards, and restore accreditation rules with teeth. Sounds simple, but it’s like trying to get rid of cockroaches, termites, and bedbugs. Not easy, maybe not even possible without serious and strong intervention.

Jordan Peterson Makes Sense; Leftists Must Disagree

The latest publishing/internet/YouTube/academic phenomenon, a Canadian professor, and clinical psychologist Dr. Jordan B. Peterson is getting a lot of attention these days by simply advocating for common sense and freedom to speak. He does not adhere to political correctness. His latest book, 12 Rules for Living: An Antidote to Chaos, is aimed at young people, especially men, who are in need of direction to make their lives meaningful and productive despite all the weirdness and confusion they find around them. He advocates a life of responsible thinking, speaking, and acting. He also challenges some of the liberals’ position on human sexuality, debate, and other topics.

Two Fox News videos follow, the first from Peterson’s appearance with Tucker Carlson, then his appearance with Greg Gutfeld on their respective Fox News shows.

His critics attack him for daring to disagree with leftist propaganda about transgenderism and related matters and have even gone so far as to call him a white supremacist. But truth and good sense will eventually win out. Also, Peterson is a very considerate debater, who recommends finding something positive in other peoples’ position, admitting that they might know something he doesn’t. For hardened leftist ideologues, that might not go very far.

Trump Is Right – The MSM Is the Enemy of the American People

The “Mainstream” Media are no longer mainstream, but are, in fact, the enemy of the American people – along with their patrons the hysterical leftist politicians and globalist elites. There is no restraint in their propaganda any more. Anything goes, as long as it might contribute to the destruction of President Trump and his administration.

The elites and their brainless followers will allow no reasoned argument to get in the way of their seditious, often treasonous activities: paid rioting mobs, senseless attacks on defenseless people, violence against law enforcement, shutting down freedom of speech. Why aren't more of these people going to prison? Why aren't college campus crimes by students and others punished?

With the DC shootings, as Ann Coulter said, the “resistance” has gone live-fire. When media figures are excusing the shooting of Congressman Scalise, decency is going out the window. When celebrities can cheer the “Julius Caesar” Trump stabbing at a play, they probably would howl with delight if something like that actually befell the president. For my money, these folks are without moral standards, let alone journalistic standards, and are worse than worthless until/unless they repent.

Speaking of Ann Coulter, this is her appearance on Fox News' Tucker Carlson Tonight after President Trump pulled the U.S. out of the Paris climate agreement, and Kathy Griffin released her infamous Trump beheaded video. Poor leftist victims!

Scott Pelley said the shooting of Scalise was “somewhat self-inflicted.” Does he wonder why his ratings are slipping? These media figures of the MSM are slowly putting themselves and their employers out of work. It is only to be expected that print media and broadcast news are losing readers and viewers. People know they can't be trusted. In fact, they suspect, with justification, that the MSM is actually not so much interested in informing them, but, like the elites, are more out to get them.

Trump can make a lot of sense with his tweets. The progressives don't like the tweets because he tells the truth about them. They obviously have only contempt for Mr. Trump and his supporters. Further, the globalists have contempt for all ordinary people, and wouldn't mind wiping many of them out through war and other means. War is one way they make their fortunes, ya know.

You can be sure that any liberals' calls for unity after the DC shooting was just lip service, and they know they will do nothing to promote unity and a lot to increase division.

Mr, Trump is criticized for his tendency to counter-punch when attacked, but that represents his best way of getting his message across and possibly exacting compensation for unjustified attacks.

To call Mr. Trump a racist, bigot, homophobe, Islamophobe, or anything similar simply shows that the left has no cogent arguments and knows nothing but name calling and innuendo. I would like to see the president throw their criticisms right back in their faces, fire Mueller, fire Rosenstein, and scrap the phony FBI Russia investigation. Perhaps he should file suit against some of his defamers and libelers. And most of all, fire all the Obama holdovers and get his own people in place. Then fire and prosecute all the leakers that can be identified. And get the DOJ to investigate the real criminals Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Whatever the president's critics think he's doing that's bad for America, their own actions are a hundred times worse because they are striking at the very foundation of our country. Of course, if they don't care for America, they find that OK. They may think it would be OK to be ruled by Angela Merkel and her friends, and greatly increase our population of unvetted immigrants. If that's the case, it is treason.

Angry Mobs Must Be Brought Under Control

President Donald Trump, who has had a whirlwind of activity in the first weeks of his presidency, has promised, among other things, to bring law and order to America. There is no reason to think he would not make a strong and sincere, and ultimately successful, effort to do this. But he will probably have to start with dealing with the so-called protesters who are against the fact that he is president.

The election is over. Hillary lost and Trump won. The protests, while legal if peaceful, are to some extent organized and paid for by left-wing groups, and seem to have no purpose except to stir up trouble. Those who use these protests as occasions for violence are criminal thugs who ought to be arrested, tried, and, if found guilty, imprisoned as appropriate. Ideally, this should be a local law enforcement responsibility, but when it becomes a riot, it may require federal intervention via the National Guard or otherwise. The level of protest violence we have seen is unacceptable and must be stopped.

Political violence is usually a practice of the left. When people threaten violence against political opponents, they commit a crime and should be arrested. When people threaten the president, they should be arrested. When people interfere with freedom of speech, beat up others and/or damage or destroy property, this criminal activity must be punished.

It's difficult not to believe that the current climate of political violence is largely the work of left-wing politicians and their hirelings and donors. The tactics we are seeing are rooted in Alinskyism and Communism. “Students” who participate in the protests are the products of the ongoing dumbing down of American education, taught and encouraged by professors who are themselves dumbed down. The far left has achieved such a hold on academia that at many liberal schools there is far less emphasis on academic achievement and far more on political correctness, to the point that the schools have become bastions of fascist dictatorship where normal discourse and interaction is prohibited and punished, and the students of the coddled groups make ridiculous demands that administrators readily accede to, and probably suggested in the first place.

The left's solution to the problems they perceive is to call those who disagree with them racists, misogynists, homophobes, Islamophobes, etc. Any male and/or white person is automatically suspect. People holding conservative views are persecuted and silenced if possible. Students may be required to sign on to the faculty's views on “diversity” and multiculturalism.

The practical effect of the left's control of education, “news” media, and entertainment is that schools have seen and will see diminishing financial support, traditional media will continue to collapse, and Hollywood will spend millions to make more films no one wants to see. “Progressivism” basically taints and destroys everything it touches.

If the left is OK with political violence, they can't be overly concerned with terrorist violence either, unless it hits them directly. The left has little regard for the Constitution, believing, as liberal judges do, that the Constitution means whatever the judges say it means, as long as the left agrees with it.

What we are seeing in the anti-Trump movement is an irrational response to deliberate left-wing propagation of mass hysteria, fueled not by political principle, which could be addressed by reasoned debate, but by the lower aspects of human nature that seek gratification through destructive and sadistic acts. None of this destruction can be defended rationally. Meanwhile, the leftists and globalists don't mind it if it annoys Donald Trump. But the left should know that it will be effectively dealt with.

America is not Europe. Most Americans take their liberty seriously, and they understand it when government is too busy chasing left-wing ideas and globalism to address the real concerns of the people. That is why Donald Trump got elected.
